IDM Share Point: Adding a New SharePoint Site into your Browser

by Steven Brown

With IDM share point, you can instantiate a new SharePoint site in your browser without having to download the SharePoint client software.

What is a Browser?

A browser is a computer program that helps you to browse the World Wide Web. There are many different browsers available, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Opera. Each browser has its own features and advantages.

One of the most popular browsers is Firefox. Firefox is fast and reliable, and it has a variety of add-ons ( extensions ) that let you customize your browsing experience. For example, you can add extensions that block ads or trackers, increase privacy settings, or make your browsing more secure.

Chrome is another great option for online browsing. It has a wide range of features, such as password protection, Incognito mode , and portability . Chrome also supports extensions so you can customize your browsing experience even further.

Internet Explorer was once the most popular browser on the planet, but Firefox now dominates in terms of market share. If you need to use Internet Explorer for some specific reason (for example, if your organization insists on using IE), be sure to choose the right version: IE 10 or 11 are both good options.
