The latest scent from Ralph Lauren for Spring/Summer 2016 is Polo Blue. The Ralph Lauren fragrances I own are all extremely lovely. I once purchased fragrance number 2 from the Ralph Lauren Big Pony Collection, which had a really lovely perfume.
This brand-new product is an Eau De Parfum rather than the more common Eau De Toilette, therefore it has a stronger fragrance composition.
The bottle is incredibly lovely and has a high-end feel about it. It comes in a flask-shaped cobalt blue glass bottle with polished silver accents, a lid, and an atomizer, giving it a posh and sophisticated appearance.
A small to medium-sized Ralph Lauren Polo logo with the phrase “Eau De Parfum” beneath it serves as the front logo.
What is the scent of Polo Blue Eau De Parfum?
The smell… It’s incredible! Once you’ve sprayed it, you can instantly feel how sensuous and elegant it is claimed to be. Although it is a pretty powerful aroma, it does so without becoming overpowering.
The final product has a truly friendly and welcoming aroma since all of the elements blend nicely with one another.
It is challenging to pinpoint exactly a certain season or ideal time to wear Polo Blue Eau De Parfum. In addition to being fairly uplifting, fresh, and crisp, it is also rather warm and dark, making it appropriate for fall and winter nights as well as maybe day wear. This thus qualifies as something of an all-rounder.
Sillage, Longevity, and Versatility
Its projection is low, in my opinion. It’s not the kind of perfume that, even with a few sprays, would overpower, but it’s also not a faint scent either. After visiting Polo Blue a few years after this first review, I would estimate its lifetime to be between 6 and 9 hours. In reality, it really lasts more frequently at the upper end of that range. Although it is not exceptional, it is actually rather wonderful, and this fragrance offers excellent value.

In conclusion, I do suggest Polo Blue. While it is by no means one of my favorites, I acknowledge that it is a great option for men to wear on a daily basis. It’s innovative, effective, adaptable, and gets accolades. Is it some truly great perfume that is totally original and has the potential to become a hallmark scent?
Most likely not, but it excels at what it does, and I believe it is more than sufficient for the majority of fragrance buyers. I like this initial release better than Polo Blue EDP. Additionally, Eternity Aqua is a fantastic substitute if you can obtain it for less money.

The bottle for Ralph Lauren Polo Blue is a simple yet unique royal blue color with purple overtones that is both classy and manly. The Polo man logo, an unmistakably vintage Ralph Lauren trademark, is emblazoned on the front.
The atomizer is sensitive and produces just enough, but not excessively forceful, mist. The light mist disperses just enough to provide optimal coverage. At the same time, it is focused enough to target certain skin regions.

Polo Blue by Ralph Lauren is a good scent that isn’t dominant or presuming. It has a balanced scent that is typical of Polo cologne. Anyone going on a casual occasion or using this fragrance on a daily basis will love how visible yet not overpowering it is.
