5 Exercises To Lose Weight Within A Month

While you will hear the so-called gym trainers assert with much valor- “There is no shortcut to losing weight.” Well, you do not have to pay much heed to that. You can achieve things in life in two ways.

One is through hard work. And second, through smart work. Each has its own charm and will ultimately help you achieve your desired result. However, if you’re really serious about having a couple of pounds subtracted from your body, you will have to promise us that- our exercise regime won’t go down the drain.

You’ll have to follow all the exercises mentioned in this article, with complete dedication to lose weight in 1 months.  I can guarantee you a ‘well-sculpted’ body at the end of these 30 days.

A little bit of dedication towards the workout regime & your regular diet will make so much difference. That way, you will easily lose weight without involving in any kind of convoluted exercise procedure- that leaves your entire body sore.

Note: In case, you are suffering from any specific medical condition, then I’d suggest you consult your doctor first- to avoid cases of medical negligence. Because then any changes in the weight will be considered as a  side effect of that condition.

Keeping that in mind, let us look at the top 5 exercises to lose weight in 1 months:

1. Same Spot Running

With our current lifestyle and an extremely demanding professional life, finding out time for yourself can be quite tasking. There are times you cannot even manage to get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep or a peaceful meal.

Forget taking out time out to exercise. In times like those, the following exercise comes handy. When you cannot dedicate a certain amount of time to going out for a run, you can start running on a particular spot inside your house.

This might initially sound funny, but the results are shockingly similar to the ones who actually go out for a run. The goal is to perspire.

If you’re planning to perform a circuit, do it for not more than a minute. But if you’re mixing it up with other exercises then engage in five sets, each for two minutes.

Do not forget to take a 2-minute breather in between each set. Then repeat for a minimum of 5 times for best results.

2. Burpees

This particular exercise is pure form of cardio, that helps in initiating weight loss. It is an effective alternative to the treadmill and running outside.

If you’re planning to perform a circuit, push yourself to do 15 burpees at the least, before you jump onto the next exercise. However, for those who want to perform all at once, the rule is to engage in three sets of twenty-five, each- with breathers.

3. Start Taking The Stairs Or Perform Stepper

Our busy lifestyle leaves us with no time at hand. Therefore, taking the stairs might sound hectic, forget doing it, actually. But trust me, there is no better form of cardio than, climbing up and down the steps on a regular basis.

It is much more effective than taking the lift.  It helps you burn a considerable portion of body fat and improves the health of your muscles and bones. However, individuals who are not residing in storeyed buildings, can resort to the stepper.

A stepper is an exercise where all you have to do is climb up & down the stool. Just how you would climb up and down a flight of stairs.

If you’re planning to perform a circuit, then 200 is the limit. However, those who want to perform 1 exercise at a time, do not engage in more than five sets of 200.

4. Weighted Skipping And Jumping Jacks

The trick to performing weighted skipping is to wear ankle weights, that weigh not more than 1Kg.

If you’re planning to perform a circuit, then 100 is the limit. However, for those who want to perform 1 exercise at a time, the limit is five sets of 200.

Although, the trick to performing weighted jumping jacks is somewhat different. Here, you can either wrap 1Kg weights-either on your ankle or hands. Or hold a dub bell weight 1Kg in each hand.

The circuit limit is the same as the weighted skipping. However, for those who want to engage it in one go, four sets of 10- is the limit.

5. Squats

Squats are literally the best possible ways to tone your body. It includes toning of the abdomen as well as the sides.

If you’re planning to perform a circuit, then 25 is the limit.  However, for those who want to engage in 1 exercise in one go, then five sets of 50- is the limit. If you do not get your desired result, then you’re free to file a complaint against me at any of the law firms in California.
