Skywaters Residences Condo is a 99-year leasehold mixed development located at 8 Shenton Way. It is a joint venture between Chinese MNC, Alibaba Group and renowned developer Perennial Holdings.

This 63-storey development will have a total gross floor area of 148,000 sqm, and will consist of retail shops, restaurants, offices, a hotel and 215 residential units. Almost 60% of the total gross floor area will be dedicated for commercial space.

Located in the heart of Singapore’s CBD, this luxurious mixed development will be a short walk away from Tanjong Pagar MRT station and Maxwell and Prince Edward MRT stations. It is well-connected to expressways such as Ayer Rajah Expressway, Marina Coastal Expressway and Central Expressway.
