In a separate case of money forgery, last summer the world’s largest forger of plastic Fake Money has been detained also in Romania. This time it was Romanian currency not euro being counterfeited.
The man was leading a gang that began its activity in 2014 and produced 17,000 fake 100 RON (EUR22) banknotes. According to Romania’s organized-crime unit. In a fraud worth around EUR350,000. Investigators managed to identify a fingerprint on one of the fake banknotes which helped them track down the suspects.

According to prosecutors the gang was extremely careful when making and distributing the counterfeit money. Witnesses were not able to give any information about the notes. Because no one realised they had been handed a fake.”

These games takes a long time to build, and a lot of skilled people to scale, none of that is free. So on some level, I would have to ask, if you play one of these games and enjoy them. Do you honestly feel good just freeloading of their developer time, ongoing server costs, etc?
It’s a democratized, try before you buy model, but I would argue that. If you play one of these games regularly, and you enjoy that option. You should probably be willing to kick down 5$ in your X months of entertainment.
